Josh Fallin

Born and raised in West Texas, Josh embodies the transformative power of education, having experienced firsthand its ability to open doors and create pathways to a life filled with choice, meaning, and purpose. After witnessing systemic inequities and structural fallacies within conventional schooling, Josh dedicated his efforts to researching and crafting an educational model that seamlessly blends self-directed, experiential, and mentor-supported learning. Josh is staunchly dedicated to transforming the educational landscape by fostering environments where students are empowered through real-world problem-solving, passion-led learning, and individualized pathways. At Telos, he guides a team dedicated to nurturing resilient, self-advocating learners, prepared to navigate and innovate in the rapidly evolving world.

A seasoned educator and leader, Josh holds advanced degrees from Harvard University in School Leadership and the University of Denver in Curriculum and Instruction. He is certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Linguistically Diverse Education. Josh has been trained in Restorative Practices and holds a TOEFL license. Beyond Telos, Josh can be found cherishing his time outside with his wife Lindsey, son Jack, and daughter Olivia.
